The Space

Lakefront property on the shores of Lake Erie. Breathtaking views of the water on every floor of this three-story Cape Cod artisan-style house. Just celebrating its 100th year of existence, this century home is appointed with classic styling and maintains a nautical ambience of yesteryear.

Guest Access

Parking is located off the street in the driveway.

There are many public and private boat launches including Hot Waters Marina in Lorain (5 min drive) as well as Sheffield Lake Public Boat Launch (4 min drive), Avon Lake Boat Launch (7 min drive) Beaver Park Marina, (7 min drive) Copper Kettle Marina (10 min drive), Romp's Water Port (20 mins), and many others.

There is a designated path for biking on both sides of the street. We are just 5 minutes from the Mile-Long Pier which offers breathtaking views, fishing, dining and stargazing.

The house is situated directly on Route 6, also known as the Grand Army of the Republic Highway, which is the second longest highway in the United States. This historic roadway built in 1925 traverses all the way from Long Beach, California to Provincetown, Massachusetts. Blaze a trail on the longest transcontinental highway in the US.
